Parsley Potatoes are very easy to make. It’s a perfect side dish for any meat or fish. It can also be eaten on its own or in the morning with a fried egg! Peel a strip of skin from around the center of each potato, place the potatoes in cold water. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
